Our Family
Howdy! We’re Quinn & Samantha Bible. We met, grew, and fostered our love in Nashville, Tennessee. While living and working in the city, we spent our time daydreaming of a slower life working with the land and animals God gave us. So in 2016, we got married and moved back to Quinn’s hometown. The local butcher shop was up for sale and having no experience at all, we took the risk and became its new owners. Quinn quickly learned the trade of butchery and I quickly learned how to run the “guts” of the business. Since then we’ve served our local community with our brick and mortar butcher shop. We’ve learned a lot along the way and our love for good quality, sustainable protein has grown exponentially. We see and understand the need to know your farmer and trust your food sources. That’s why we wanted to begin shipping. Whether you have access to local farms or not, we wanted to be a source you can trust and offer a truly outstanding tasting product for your family. So welcome to our neck of the woods and we hope you give us a try.
Our Farmers
Currently, our beef is sourced from two farms – Windy Hill Meadows and Stone Creek Farms. They are family owned businesses just like us and care about the same things we do – sustainability, quality, and animal welfare. There is no doubt that they love and care for the animals they raise as you can taste it throughout the meat.
