Custom Processing for Beef & Hogs

We offer reliable and personalized custom processing for both beef and hogs, with flexible options to fit your needs. Whether you're handling the harvest yourself or looking for a full-service solution, we've got you covered.

You can choose to:

• Have your animals harvested at the slaughterhouse of your choice

• Harvest them yourself and transport them to our facility

• Or use our on-farm harvesting services for added convenience

On-Farm Slaughter Pricing:

• $150 per head (standard call)

• $205 per head (emergency call)

• $60 per hour (travel and butcher time)

Our standard processing rate is $1.10 per pound (based on hanging weight). Additional charges apply for specialty items such as cured meats, smoked products, and sausage-making.

We take pride in offering clean, accurate processing with careful packaging and labeling to ensure the best quality and experience.
