Wild Game Processing — Quality You Can Taste

From October 1st through the end of January, we offer full-service wild game processing to help you get the most from your hunt. We take pride in providing clean, professional processing — from skinning to custom cuts and grinding — with careful attention to quality every step of the way.

We accept whole deer throughout the season, with one exception:
We do not accept whole deer during the week between the first and second shotgun season.

Need to drop off after hours? No problem. We offer a refrigerated trailer for secure, temperature-controlled after-hours drop-off, so your deer stays fresh even if you can’t make it in during business hours.

In addition to standard processing, we offer a wide variety of house-made specialty products, including:

  • Deer snack sticks

  • Summer sausage

  • Jerky

  • Salami

  • And more
